The living room features a wall\-mounted flat screen television gulf front balcony access and comfortable coastal furniture including a love seat that folds out into a twin sleeper bed\. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes stainless steel appliances\. This vacation rental can sleep up to 7 people comfortably and offers a king size bed in the primary bedroom a queen size bed in the second bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom\. 

The Regatta includes amenities such as a heated outdoor pool in a center courtyard surrounded by a large sundeck and plenty of poolside chairs\. Enjoy time with family and friends around the picnic tables and BBQ area or take a quick stroll to the Gulf waters or nearby Gulf Shores hotspots\. The Regatta is in the perfect location close to the action in the heart of Gulf Shores and within walking distance to the iconic Pink Pony Pub Gulf Place Public Beaches and The Hangout\.

This is a non\-smoking property and no pets are permitted\. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo\. Monthly rates available\.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present\.
