The complex is centrally located in Gulf Shores with many restaurants, grocery stores and shops within walking distance\. The unit is strictly limited to monthly rentals from mid\-October to the end of February, and it has 14 steps with no elevator access\. 

· Living area has a Queen sleeper sofa, an arm chair and a flat\-screen television\. 

· Kitchen is fully equipped with light granite counter tops, gray cabinets and black appliances\. 

· Dining room table has seating for four in addition to a two\-seat, standalone breakfast bar\.
