The complex is centrally located in Gulf Shores with many restaurants, grocery stores and shops within walking distance\. The unit is strictly limited to monthly rentals from mid\-October to the end of February, and it has 14 steps with no elevator access\. There is laminate wood flooring throughout\.

· Kitchen is fully equipped with white counter tops, gray cabinets and black appliances\.
