On the second floor of the Regency complex, this inviting and affordable 2\-bedroom unit is ready for monthly stays from mid\-October to the end of February\. The complex is centrally located in Gulf Shores with many restaurants, grocery stores and shops within walking distance\. The beach is only 2 miles away\. 

· Spacious living area has a Queen sleeper sofa, an arm chair and a flat\-screen television\. 

· Kitchen is fully equipped with light granite counter tops, double sinks and black appliances\. 

· Dining room table has seating for four in addition to a two\-seat, standalone breakfast bar\.
