A fully equipped apartment with parking located in east little Habana with quick access to Brickell\. You will love the apartment & it's location\!

Fully equipped with all you need for your stay\. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart tv, linen,  towels, etc\.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi\-family complex but is not wheelchair accessible \(2 steps are needed to enter the unit\)\.

The apartment has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom, and 2 rooms, one with a queen size bed and another with an individual bed\. A sofa bed is available in the living room & a smart TV\(please let us know so we can prepare it for you\)\.

We will grant you all the check\-in instructions through messages after the check\-in process its done, so please stay tuned for automatic messaging\.

Early check\-in and late check\-out if available can be provided at extra cost\.

A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee\. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself\. We don't accept cats\.
