Enjoy two spacious master suites, each with a king\-size bed, private bathroom, walk\-in closet, 65" HD TV, and luxurious touches like heated floors and a soaking tub\. The living room features a 65" HD TV with surround sound for immersive entertainment\. Step outside to a paved patio with a BBQ, fire pit, and stunning Northern Nevada sunsets\.

Inside, the modern rustic design reflects the spirit of the Sierra Nevadas\. Camera Disclosure:
We have one Ring camera at the front door, facing the street\. It only records short clips when triggered by motion\. There is a camera in the garage but they are not functional\.

Left\-Behind Items
Guests are responsible for securing all personal belongings prior to checkout\. If an item is left behind and shipping is requested, a $50 service fee plus postage costs will apply\. Requests will be processed once payment is confirmed\.
