There is space to entertain with 2 countertop seats at the kitchen island\. The couch comfortably pulls out to a queen bed and can accomodate 2\. There is a Smart TV in the living room that has all streaming apps and COX live TV\. Off the kitchen is a door to the outdoor patio with outdoor dining seating for 4, a chaise sun lounger, and an umbrella\. Down the hall, the bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, desk, large mirrored closet, and a ceiling fan\. The bathroom has modern finishes with a large walk\-in shower\. The real highlight of this apartment is its central location\. You’re within walking distance to an array of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and a beautiful waterfront park\. Just a short stroll brings you to Shelter Island, perfect for a peaceful walk, boating, or local dining\.
