\- No pets allowed\. The HOA has a strict no pets policy and will demand boarding the pet to any local pet resort
\- No visitors will be allowed by the front desk if a full house of 8 people already met \(including kids or infants\), and no parties, or large gatherings in the condo
\- Must be at least 25 years old to book and check\-in
\- Photo ID may be required upon check\-in
\- NOTE: There is a mandatory daily resort fee that's included in the cleaning fee
