> Set in a peaceful marina\-side location near the Everglades, Marco Island and Grand Cypress, the property features a large, very clean pool, attractive outdoor spaces and an on\-site restaurant, all supported by friendly, attentive management\. While rooms are comfortable in size, they show signs of age and would benefit from refreshed furnishings and updated maintenance to fully match the lovely grounds and amenities\.
