With easy access to the shimmering waters of Shasta Lake, it’s an ideal destination for families, friends, and groups seeking a memorable getaway\.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests \(max of 9 adults\), with room for 3 adults per bedroom, plus children under 16\. Whether you're gathering with family or friends, there’s plenty of space for everyone to unwind and enjoy quality time together\. For indoor fun, the 3\-car garage has been transformed into a game room, complete with billiards, ping pong, arcade basketball, and more, offering endless entertainment for both kids and adults\. Guests have full access to the home and the game room, though please note that access to the main deck is via steep stairs\.
