## Description
The 'Retro Retreat' is a 1 bedroom, 500 square foot lower level apartment with a beautiful view of Netarts Bay\. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and there is a comfy futon out in the living room\. There is Wifi and cable TV, so you can stay connected while on vacation\. The living room/dining area has a flat screen Smart TV that has streaming capabilities\. There is plenty of room to park your truck and boat and also a convenient outdoor fish cleaning station\. The fire pit in the yard is a great gathering spot and has a gorgeous view of the Bay\! Also, the upstairs unit is available to rent as well\! There are 2 separate entrances and would be perfect for 2 couples traveling together or a family with older kids that want to have their own space\. Ask for details\!


\*\* Note: Up to 2 dogs are welcome to come\! There is a $30 pet fee for the additional cleaning required after your departure\.
\*\* Note: Your nightly rate includes damage insurance should anything accidentally break or get ruined during your stay\.
