Ridge View Lodge is the perfect place for family and friends, a couples retreat, or a family reunion\. Designed to offer ample common spaces while providing plenty of privacy for multiple families or couples\. An abundance of space, design, and finishes will impress both inside and outside the lodge\.  

Go for a day of hiking, mountain biking, or horseback riding, or for the more adventurous \- try zip\-lining\. Come back and soothe your sore muscles in our six\-person hot tub\. Relax and stargaze with a glass of wine on the oversized deck in our comfortable rockers while the kids stay entertained with the pool table, Foosball, Roll\-n\-Score, and cocktail\-style arcade game\. Sit out on covered side porches, and you will feel like you are in a treehouse because the cabin is set atop the hill with a commanding view of the mountain ridges and wooded surroundings\. Like watching movies? There are TVs in every room of the house\. Playing board games? A large farmhouse\-style cedar table seats 12 comfortably\.   

\~ 𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟: Soaring timber frame ceilings in the great room are sure to impress\. Gather around the huge farm\-style dining table handcrafted from rough\-sawn cedar and enjoy the mountain ridge views through the wall of windows\. The front "prow" of the cabin was designed to maximize the view\. On a clear day, you can see Mt\. LeConte at a distance\. Comfy leather sofas are great for watching a movie on a UHD TV or just enjoying a conversation, or playing a game by the warmth of the fireplace\. 

Open\-concept kitchen with tall cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and an island clad in reclaimed wood blends modern convenience with a rustic touch\. The island seats four and is a great complement to the adjacent dining area that seats 12\. Whether you want to cook your feast from scratch or just microwave\-and\-go, you will find everything you need\.  

The main floor king master features a king log bed with a comfy memory foam mattress and a closet\. The large private bath has a separate shower and a jetted tub\. Reclaimed wood vanity \(handcrafted by owners\!\) with two vessel sinks and a unique countertop decorated with fall leaves gathered on the property\. The rustic barn door to the bathroom adds character and texture\. Heated bathroom floors \(in the winter\) feel oh\-so\-good\! 

\~ 𝗨𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗥 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟: In the loft area overlooking the mountain ridge, there is a 7' pool table made by a local craftsman with reclaimed trees\. Sit at a reclaimed wood pub table accented by Mason jar lights, and watch others play, enjoy a beverage, or gaze through the picture window at the beautiful mountain surroundings\.
A king bedroom that showcases rustic charm with its live\-edge cypress headboard, "Ole Smoky Moonshine" mason jar night lights, barn\-style closet door handmade by the owners, and a restored antique dresser\. 
The bathroom includes a walk\-in shower and a double vanity made from reclaimed wood\. In the winter months, the heated floors provide a delightful source of warmth\. The upstairs queen bedroom boasts a cozy aspen log bed, a comfortable memory foam mattress, and a twin daybed \- great for a small family to stay in\. 

\~ 𝗟𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟: Family/media room with a 70" 4K TV, 2\-player arcade, skee\-ball game, Foosball table, and gas log fireplace for those cool nights\. Comfy sectional seating and queen sofa futon for seating/sleeping\. The adjacent kitchenette has a full\-size refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave for our guests' convenience – be it popcorn, a glass of water, a cup of coffee in the morning, or a late\-night snack\. 
The queen bedroom and a bunk room are located down the hallway from the media room\. The queen bedroom is equipped with a rustic log bed, a comfortable memory foam mattress, and a twin daybed, making it suitable for a small family\. The bunk room with two twin\-over\-twin log bunk beds features a TV for the entertainment of younger guests\. The spacious bathroom featuring a double vanity made of reclaimed wood, a tub/shower, and heated floors during winter completes the lower level space\.

\~ 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗗𝗢𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗘𝗦: Ridge View Lodge is as guest\-friendly outside as it is inside\. The side yard has enough room to play\. Relax by the stacked stone fire pit, roast marshmallows, or watch the dancing fire under the stars\. A charcoal grill and picnic tables on a patio make your cookouts a breeze\. A hot tub on the patio is there for you to relax your tired muscles after a day of exploring all that the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer\.

\~ Personalized Service: Deal directly with owners who know the cabins and the area, not third\-party intermediaries\.

\* Mountain Location: This is a mountain property\. Guests should expect to drive on mountain roads\. AWD/4WD or tire chains may be required during winter conditions\.
\* Child Safety: The home is child\-friendly but not child\-proof\. Property is not fenced \- children must be supervised outdoors\.
\* Housekeeping: No daily cleaning service\. Only a starter supply of essentials is provided \(toilet paper, paper towels, detergents, trash bags, etc\.\)\.
\* Wilderness Environment: Located in a wooded setting\. Encounters with insects or wildlife may occur, and are not grounds for refunds\. Keep doors closed and secure all trash in bear\-resistant containers\.
\* Wildlife: Bears, deer, raccoons, reptiles, and insects are common\. Feeding wildlife is strictly prohibited and does not qualify for refunds\.
\* Travel Protection: No refunds for weather, road conditions, or personal changes\. Travel insurance is strongly recommended\.
\* Third\-Party Amenities: Utilities \(power, water, internet, TV\) are outside our control\. Interruptions do not qualify for compensation\.
\* Wi\-Fi: Complimentary fiber optic Wi\-Fi provided\. Although reliable, service may be affected by the weather conditions\.
\* Gas Fireplace\(s\): Seasonal use \(Oct–Mar\)\. Do not operate with AC\. No foreign materials permitted\.

\* Property Rules: No smoking/vaping or pets\. Max occupancy: 16 guests \(12 adults\)\.
\* Damage Deposit: $700\.00 held 2 days before arrival and released after inspection\.
\* Reservation Requirements: Minimum age 25\. Primary guest ID and signed Agreement required within 48 hours\.
\* Long Stays: Stays over 8 nights may require additional paid interim cleaning\.
\* Arrival Info: Instructions sent 2–3 days before check\-in\.
\* Guest Responsibilities: Guests must inspect the house within 1 hour of check\-in and report any issues to the Owners\. Unreported issues may be deemed the guest’s responsibility\. All concerns or complaints must be submitted in writing \(via text or email\) before departure, allowing the Owners reasonable time to address and document them\.
\* To ensure a peaceful environment, please keep noise to a minimum when using outdoor amenities between 10 PM and 8 AM\. We hope your stay at Ridge View Lodge is filled with cherished memories, and we appreciate you treating this mountain retreat with care and respect\.
