This two bedroom, two bathroom unit has a walkout patio and yard, in a building that is right on the beach just south of the Cocoa Beach Pier\.  Both bedrooms have king size beds and en\-suite bathrooms, meaning you do not have to fight over the master bedroom\. There is also only a queen air mattress in the living room\. In addition, everything you need is provided such as a full kitchen, all linens/towel and a washer/dryer\.  We also provide beach accessories for your enjoyment\. 
 
You are only steps away from the beach in this unit\. The ultimate convenience of having private beach access and a heated pool only a few steps from your patio, along with a breathtaking 360 degree view from Chateau's private rooftop patio\.\. This ground floor unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier\! The location simply cannot be beat\! The pier is great for people of all ages\. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone\. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction\.
