It’s the ideal spot to escape the noise and traffic of downtown while still being close to everything Moab has to offer\.

In cooler months, relax by the gas fireplace after a long day of adventure or walk over to the brand new oversized nearby community hot tub that is open year round \- a great place to wind down and relax those muscles after a day of fun\. Only dog\(s\) are permitted in our properties and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in\. Per the HOA, there is a 2 dog max\. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets in our units :\)
