Our 3\-Bedroom, 2\.5 Bathroom Rim Village Vista townhome \(Unit 8a3\) is conveniently located just 6 miles from downtown Moab\. It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4\-wheel driving excursions, Arches N\.P\. and Canyon Lands N\.P\. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains\. 

The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings throughout\. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals\.  There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar\. The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee \(provided\!\)\. There is plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill is provided\.

Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown\! The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool\* \(heated late March \- late October\), hot tubs \(heated year round\), tennis court and playground\. There is plenty of green, open space to walk your dog and for the kids to play\!

\*2026 Hot Tub Closure: Please note that hot tub will be closed June 7th \- Aug 23rd 2026 while our HOA constructs a new hot tub \(these dates are subject to change\)\. The pool will be closed June 7 \- June 16, 2026\. 

The large 2 car garage is perfect to safely store your Jeep, ATVs, bikes and other gear inside\. There is also room for 2 more cars in the driveway and plenty of off street parking for trailers, etc\. A bike repair stand is available for use along with an assortment of tools for cyclists to keep their bikes in top shape for epic Moab riding\! 

Cyclists and Street Legal ORV’s can ride from the condo via Spanish Valley Drive and access many of Moab’s most popular trails without having to ride on Hwy 191 or trailer your vehicles\. Parking is plentiful and easy\. Bring your trailers, trucks and extra vehicles\!
