Welcome to our spacious 3\-bedroom, 2\.5\-bathroom Rim Village Vista townhome, ideally located just 6 miles from downtown Moab\. This prime location offers quick access to world\-renowned mountain biking and hiking trails, thrilling off\-road adventures, and the breathtaking landscapes of Arches and Canyonlands National Parks\. Enjoy the stunning views of the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek area and the majestic La Sal Mountains\!

Inside, the home is tastefully decorated with cozy, high\-quality furnishings designed for relaxation\.
