Rincon Cabin is on a large lot, ideal for outdoor play in any weather\! Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to the Village and the Lake\. You will have your own piece of paradise here\. 

LIVING SPACE \- Homey 900\+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath\. The upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and TV\. Upstairs second bedroom has a double/double bunk bed and TV\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

AMENITIES \- Board games and card games\. Cable TVs, fast Wi\-Fi, and a HAM radio Antenna\. Relax in the hot tub\.

OUTDOORS \- Hot tub, patio furniture, and a charcoal grill\! Enjoy the large fenced yard\.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people \(8 adults max\)\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- over occupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
