River Mountain Lodge Colorado Trail Condo is a comfortable 1\-bedroom, 1\-bathroom deluxe condo with room for up to four guests\.  All the comforts of home are here, including a full kitchen with updated appliances and granite counters, a full bathroom, and a flat\-screen TV\. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter for a quick breakfast or après\-ski snack\. 

You’ll also enjoy the in\-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi\-Fi, underground parking \(one car\) with elevator access, a fitness center, and an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs\. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel\-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival\. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience\.
