River Mountain Lodge Iowa Hill Condo is a spacious, two\-level condo with a great view of the slopes from the patio; it’s perfect for groups of up to four\. There’s a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a flat\-screen TV\. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter for a quick breakfast or après\-ski snack\. You’ll also enjoy the in\-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi\-Fi, underground parking \(one car\) with elevator access, a fitness center, an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs\. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel\-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival\. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience\.
