## Description
You'll feel right at home in this cozy Riverfront third\-floor walk\-up condominium\. Enjoy the view from the deck or relax in front of the fireplace\.

Enter the foyer with a stacked washer/dryer\.  Through the foyer and to the right is a full bath and straight ahead, a bedroom with two twin beds\.  To the left, in the center of the condo, is the spacious, open\-concept, living, dining, and kitchen areas\.  The living area offers a 52" flat\-screen TV and river sights and sounds\.  The dining area has AC and seating for six with two additional seats available at the kitchen counter\. The deck, with a treed view of the river, is accessed from the living area\.  On the far side of the living area is the Primary bedroom suite with a king bed, a small television \(no cable, bring your own streaming device\), AC, and a full, attached bath\.

During the summer season make sure to take a dip in the nearby old\-fashioned river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools\. Tennis courts are also available during the summer months\.
