This Platinum, three\-level townhome, finished in sophisticated neutrals, is a short walk from The Westin Riverfront Express Gondola and offers a great room with floor\-to\-ceiling windows and a gas fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with top\-of\-the\-line appliances, including a gas range and wine refrigerator, as well as a dining table for six\. Additional features include two guest suites, each with a king size bed and attached, spa\-inspired bathroom, a bunkroom with a queen bunk bed \+ a trundle bed, stackable washer/dryer, custom mud room, designer lighting, air conditioning and a one\-car garage\.
 
Guests will enjoy exquisite mountain views Riverfront Village\. This unit requires a $45 daily guest fee for use of The Westin Riverfront’s world\-class amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness facilities, fire pit and ski valet\. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek and Vail Mountain is also available; this residence is walkable to all the amenities and restaurants within the Town of Avon\.
