This very comfortable two bedroom, two bath single level condo overlooks the San Miguel River Trail and offers nearly 1200 square feet of space for your Telluride vacation\. The open floor plan features space to relax or entertain with the living, dining and kitchen areas providing a spacious great room\. This unit was updated recently with new paint, flooring, appliances and furniture in living, dining and master\. The quiet location is both close to the action and also tucked away into a quiet corner of town\. You'll be just steps to skiing/gondola, shops, restaurants and Town Park\. The Bear Creek hiking trail is right outside you front door\. Communal hot tub \(Property Manager does not manage hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance\.
