Perched on the 4th floor of a building in Marathon Village — with elevator access — this 2\-bedroom, 1\-bath rental sleeps 6 and comes with one of the best amenity packages in Nashville vacation rentals: The 1865 Club speakeasy right downstairs \(yes, $5 mimosas\), a heated dip\-pool, a fitness center, a skyline observation deck, and an outdoor bar and grill area with SmartTVs\. You could, theoretically, never leave\.

The sleeping is comfortable and practical: a queen primary bedroom, a full\-size second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area for that 5th and 6th guest\. In\-unit washer/dryer handles laundry without a trip to the laundromat\. Free gated parking is included\. And if you're bringing one dog, the property welcomes them with a $50 pet fee \(one dog only, please\)\.
