1\. The house can be rented for a maximum of 95 nights initially\. Approval for extensions to your stay can be sought near the end of your stay and require an on\-site inspection of the home by a member of our staff\.
2\. By booking a stay, you agree to allow a complimentary cleaning of the house by our housekeeping staff at least once every 30 days\.
