Beach Access:
Seagrove Beach Regional Access is located just 0\.2 mile from the complex, about a 4\-minute walk or a quick 1\-minute bike ride or drive\. This public access offers convenient entry to the shoreline, along with parking for 23 vehicles, dedicated bike parking, restrooms, ADA accessibility, and rinse showers\.

Rollin Tide Villas:
Rollin Tide Villas is a small, quiet, family friendly complex\. It offers one of the largest pools in Seagrove Beach … with plenty of lounge chairs around the pool deck\. It is also heated in the spring, March through mid\-April\. The complex is clean and well maintained with excellent manicured landscaping including seasonal flowers and beautiful palm trees\. Within walking distance you will find everything that you need during your vacation\. Take a quick stroll to the public beach access across Scenic 30A\.

Seagrove Beach:
Located only 1\.5 miles from the heart of Seaside, this picturesque coastal community with shops and restaurants is a short bike ride away\. You can also walk to nearby fine dining at Café Thirty A, grab fresh seafood at Goatfeather's, pizza at Angelina's\.  Venture out on an enjoyable bike ride to the many bike trails in the area\. For the slightly more adventurous, there’s Eastern Lake Trail, located within Point Washington State Forest\. The trail system has 3\-mile, 5\-mile and 10\-mile trail loops\.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion\. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods\.
