This desirable 1st floor condominium is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach\. This oceanfront, two\-bedroom condo is newly upgraded, designed with you in mind and is tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen and Linens\. Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean\. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools \(indoor and outdoor\), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, shuffle board, and corn hole\. We have an onsite bar that offers a variety of special drinks and food\.Check\-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience\. We can provide contact\-less check\-in if requested\.You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage\.  The parking garage Clearence is 6’ 8”\. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability\.  Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage\.  There is parking in front of the garage based on availability\.This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants\.
