## Description
Royal Mauian \#410 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the 4th floor with a panoramic ocean view and central A/C throughout\. It has a fully\-equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, 3 brand new flat\-screen TV, DVD, telephone, and free WIFI\. There is a California king bed in the master, and a queen bed in the guest room\. For outdoor activities, Royal Mauian \#410 is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels\.  Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit\. Sleeps 4\.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation\.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation\.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions\. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights\.

Featuring an oceanfront pool perched right at the water's edge\. The lush landscaped grounds invite you to stroll at your pace, enjoying the fresh trade winds and the scent of tropical flowers\. There is a rooftop barbecue and dining area\* where you can see for miles\. White sandy beaches and great snorkeling are just minutes from your condo\. It is also very centrally located to shops, restaurants and activities, all within walking distance from the property\.
\* The rooftop barbecue area requires climbing stairs; the elevator does not go to the rooftop\. Due to limited seating, only registered guests are allowed on the rooftop area\.
