## Description
Royal Mauian \#610 is on the top floor of the property with close elevator access for convenience\. Enjoy sunsets everyday from your lanai that hosts unobstructed ocean views or wake up every morning to views of the Pacific Ocean from your California King bed in the master bedroom\. The full kitchen is well stocked for every meal or take a quick stroll to some of the great restaurants within a block away\. There is a walk\-in shower in the master bedroom and a shower/tub combo in the guest bathroom\. Stay cool within the unit with newly installed, powerful split air conditioning system, with air handlers in every room\. You will not be disappointed, Royal Mauian \#610 hits all the marks\!  Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit\. Sleeps 4\.

\* The rooftop barbecue area requires climbing stairs; the elevator does not go to the rooftop\. Due to limited seating, only registered guests are allowed on the rooftop area\.
