This ocean view 2 BED / 2 BATH condo on the 15th floor of Royale Palms Resort is located next to Hilton Myrtle Beach\. It's newly renovated with new living room furniture, new big screen TV, new beds, high top outdoor furniture and new flooring\.  It has beautiful views of the resort and ocean that can be enjoyed from a large private balcony easily accessed from both bedrooms and living room\. Spend time and enjoy lounging outside while sipping on something cold or hot; entertain your family and friends, and of course, you're always invited to use the owners' fenced\-in private pool area for a more secluded relaxation\.

You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk \-\- Home to the SkyWheel, the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States\. Within minutes there is Barefoot Landing for LIVE music venues at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues, plus unlimited shopping at the unique shops of Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlet Malls\. For family friendly adventures, there's fun\-themed mini\-golf courses, Broadway at the Beach, with amusement park rides, Ripley's Aquarium, Pelicans Baseball, Grand Prix go\- carts, Myrtle Waves water slide, fine dining seafood restaurants, and more specialty shopping\.
