## Description
This spacious ocean view, 3 BR / 3 BA condo is on the 20th floor of Royale Palms Resort, located next to Hilton\.  It has been renovated with new flooring, new paint, and nice living room furniture\.  It has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean to be enjoyed from your own private balcony, easily accessed from 2 different sliding glass doors\. Spend time and enjoy lounging outside while sipping on something cold or hot; entertain your family and friends, and of course, you're always invited to use the owners' fenced\-in private pool area for more secluded relaxation\. 

For our guests who like to explore, you have walking/hiking & biking trails, lake fishing, and ocean\-side dining\. For nature and wildlife lovers, if you sit long enough on your balcony, you may just catch a whale or dolphin pod going by\! Or, even lucky enough to see a spectacular storm roll in right off of the Atlantic\. You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade \-\- Home to the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States\. Live music can be seen at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues\. Shopping, we have unique, curated shops tucked inside Barefoot Landing\. There's Ripley's Aquarium for family outings and Arcadian Shores golf course located right outside Kingston\. With all this, you are certainly in the heart of Southern Coastal Hospitality\!
