Welcome to  your perfect Lakes Region escape\. This sunny and spacious 3\-bedroom, 2\-bathroom home\. A short five\-minute walk brings you to a shared sandy beach and picnic area, ideal for swimming, relaxing, or launching one of the two kayaks available for your use\.

Start your morning with a cup of coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine while relaxing in the Adirondack chairs out front, taking in the peaceful water view\.

Inside, the home features a bright open\-concept kitchen, dining, and living area along with a separate family room that gives everyone space to spread out\. With 2 portable AC units and fans to keep you cool, streaming\-enabled Smart TVs, and plenty of space, comfort is built in\. The home sleeps 6 guests across three bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen, and another with two twin beds\.

After a day of lake adventures, unwind with board games or gather around the fire pit for s’mores under the stars\. The deck, complete with a dining set and lounge seating, is perfect for evening barbecues on the gas grill\. You’ll also have access to a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and WiFi\. There’s parking for up to three vehicles, and linens are available to rent through Break Away\.

Beyond the beach, you're just minutes from the heart of Meredith—one of New Hampshire’s most beloved lake towns\.
