## Description
This quaint unit features a spacious living space, a kitchenette \(no cooktop/oven\) and two bedrooms\. Each of the bedrooms has a queen size bed\. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living space that will sleep two as well\. If you need to accommodate additional people we have additional units that may be available\. The unit will sleep 6\. 

This unit is comfortable and includes many recent updates to decor and amenities\. 

This unit is equipped with: 

An Efficiency Kitchen with Microwave and Refrigerator\.\(No cooktop/oven and a mini fridge only\)
Comfortable Living Area with a large LED Flat Screen\.
Queen Size Bed in the bedrooms \(2 bedrooms one with an ensuite bath\)

You are within walking distance of a staircase that will bring you down to the sandy beach on Netarts Bay\.
There is a grocery store behind the property \(down near Unit 7\) and there is a convenience store near the front of the property \(Unit 1\) 

Our units also have WiFi and Cable television\. 

We are a pet friendly property in all of our units for an extra fee \- those with severe allergies should be aware that we do not have any rooms that are pet free\. 
There is also a fee based Level 2 EV charger available at the property\.

Actual furniture, fixtures, colors, and configurations may vary \- If you are looking for something particular please ask prior to booking\. 

Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the guest rooms or on the porches\. 

This property had a new Queen size bedroom and bathroom \(with a tub/shower\) added in 2021\. Bath is ensuite with new bedroom\. It will sleep up to 6\.
