## Description
This townhome is in our best ski in/ski out location\. Click into your skis outside your back door and you are set to go\! This spacious 4\-bedroom floorplan features a beautiful vaulted living area and master suite, a gourmet kitchen, and nice furnishings throughout this Breckenridge townhome\. Soak in the mountain views from your private deck\. Warm up in front of the rock fireplace, or in your own private outdoor hot tub\. The master suite also features a wonderful master bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower\. You are provided with a heated one car garage and driveway, as well as the convenience of being right on the Snowflake Run\. In the summer, this location is just steps above many town trails which circle through the beautiful wetlands and into the mountains\. Located six blocks from town, and two blocks from a bus stop, you are not far from the Breckenridge action\.

\*Please note that the Snowflake Ski Run is very flat and does require some walking and/or poling for the ski\-in access\.
