No part of the vehicle can hang over the curb into the street or touch the grass\. RVs, camper vans, buses, moving trucks, and trailers are not permitted at the townhome\. These must be registered at the front desk for a fee of $10\.70 per night \($10 \+ tax\) and parked in the Clubhouse parking lot\. The Resort HOA is strict\. Parking passes must be displayed on your dashboard at all times, especially overnight\. Failure to display a pass, parking on the grass, or parking in the street will result in fines from the HOA\.
