Salt Marsh is a large and comfortable vacation home with lush views that stretch across Farm Creek Marsh\. This property also has rights to access private Coffin's Beach\.

The generous open\-plan floor plan starts with the large eat\-in kitchen and continues to the living room and library beyond\. There is a pantry area off the kitchen that includes laundry and a half bathroom\. Up a short flight of stairs is a newly\-built game room with a pool table and a daybed and trundle for extra sleeping space\. 

Upstairs, the Primary bedroom offers great views and a spacious full bath with soaking tub and separate shower, plus double sinks\. Two additional bedrooms, one with twin beds and another with a Queen bed, and a full bath completes the second floor\. 

Outside, there are marsh and peek\-a\-boo ocean views from the lush backyard and from the oversized deck with a gas grill, dining set, and outdoor shower\.
