The open floor plan features a spacious great room and a well\-equipped kitchen, including two refrigerators for extra storage—no need for multiple grocery trips\!Step outside to enjoy the private pool or relax on the porches while taking in the breathtaking water views\. Beach access is conveniently located between 1017 OBW and 1019 OBW\.Included Amenities with Weekly Rentals:\- Bed linens \(beds in bedrooms only\) and towels provided for weekly rentalsDiscounts:\- 5% discount for active\-duty military personnel, veterans, and first responders with ID\.Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee\. Pools are heated to a maximum of 90\~F but can only maintain a temperature 15–25\~F above the outside temperature\. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55\~F and are not available June–August\. Please call for details\.
