When you aren't relaxing in the ocean breeze from the home's deck, you can head out to Wild Horse Adventure Tours, Pine Island Audubon Sanctuary, Nor'Banks Watersports, and more\. You are just a 15\-minute walk to the heart of the quaint village of Duck which boasts epic sunsets from the soundside boardwalks, waterfront shops, and a variety of delicious local eateries from laid\-back to upscale\.

With a straightforward floor plan, family time is maximized inside your retreat\. Lounge in the lovely living area with ocean views or tune out with a movie\. When you aren't dining out \- the full kitchen comes stocked with all the basic tools\.

If you aren't ready to call it a day \- head for the shared pool, available Memorial Day to Labor Day\. Additional shared amenities include a community beach\-side pool with a spacious deck, park grill and picnic area, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, two oceanfront gazebos, and boardwalks to the beach

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
