Once inside, three bedrooms are located on the second floor and the main master is on the third floor\. Primary renter must be 25 years or older\. This property is non\-smoking\. Monthly reservations are accepted between November and March 1st\. During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present\.
