San Carlos 1201, located at 365 East Beach Blvd, is the perfect beach vacation spot you've been searching for\! Spend your time in this beautiful property, complete with a zero\-entry pool, convenient poolside his\-and\-hers restrooms, an exercise room with windows facing the Gulf, and a relaxing sauna\. Walk less than half a mile on the beach, and you arrive at The Hangout restaurant and local shops and attractions\!

This lovely three bedroom unit features a fully\-equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and a wet bar\.  With two en suites, the first master suite, which has access to the beach front, corner balcony, has a king size bed and walk in shower – and garden tub\. The second en suite has a queen bed\.  The guest bedroom has two full beds, access to a third bathroom, and a window overlooking Gulf State Park\.
