The San Carlos HOA has notified us that they will begin making repairs to balcony ceilings and north walkways between the dates of March 24 through early May\. Periods of increased noise levels can be expected during the day\. All work can be completed without entering the individual unit balconies; however, swing stages will be in use on the property\. No closures to the premises are expected at this time\. Monthly stays November to March 1\. Parking is at a premium so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced\.
