San Carlos 701 has a full\-size washer and dryer and there is Wi\-Fi throughout the condo and even on pool deck and beach front area\. There is a large outdoor pool, and you are within walking distance of The Hangout and all the unique shops downtown Gulf Shores has to offer\. 

The San Carlos HOA has notified us that they will begin making repairs to balcony ceilings and north walkways between the dates of March 24 through early May\. Periods of increased noise levels can be expected during the day\. All work can be completed without entering the individual unit balconies; however, swing stages will be in use on the property\. No closures to the premises are expected at this time\.

This is a non\-smoking property, and no pets are permitted\. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older to rent\. Monthly rental rates are available November – March 1st\. 

Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased on site\. The office is located on the 3rd Floor\. No Boats, RV’s or trailers are permitted\.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present\.
