San Carlos 808 is a newly renovated and redecorated spacious 1229 sq\. ft\. 2\-bedroom 2\-bathroom condo located on the 8th floor of the luxurious San Carlos Condominiums in the heart of Gulf Shores close to activities shopping and the local seafood restaurants\. The living area recently refurnished in 2018 with new furniture and flooring throughout a large flat\-screen television and boasts floor to ceiling windows to offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico\. The dining area table seats six comfortably with additional seating for five at the kitchen bar\. Enjoy dining in with the fully equipped kitchen featuring crisp white cabinetry and appliances\. Mix up your favorite drinks at the adjacent wet bar while streaming your favorite music using the Free Wi\-Fi\. The primary bedroom offers access to the Gulf Front balcony a king size bed and flat screen television\. Periods of increased noise levels can be expected during the day\. All work can be completed without entering the individual unit balconies; however, swing stages will be in use on the property\. No closures to the premises are expected at this time\. Parking is at a premium so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced No boats RV's or trailers are permitted Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site\.
