My 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bathroom home is stylishly designed with top notch furnishings & the most comfortable bedding\. Great location where you can walk to the beach and downtown filled with great shops and restaurants\! Everything is there for your needs, fully stocked kitchen and linens for bathrooms\. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush,  Central heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year round\. Enjoy the lovely gas fireplace with glass in the downstairs living room for those romantic moments\. Enjoy the three outdoor decks \(one with a large BBQ\) overlooking a natural canyon with an ocean view\. Private enclosed garage with direct entrance to the home\. No common walls and no one above you\. Upstairs laundry off of the 3 bedrooms\. This is a quiet, enjoyable place\.
