Placed in the heart of Anna Maria Island, this wonderful, single story, fully furnished 2\-bedroom, 2\-bathroom home is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood just a short walk from the beach\.

The living room has comfortable couches and loveseat with flat\-screen TV as well as a small dinette table and seating for four\. The small kitchen is fully equipped with white appliances\. It has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave\. The master suite comes with a king\-sized bed and full bathroom\. The bathroom includes walk\-in shower, toilet, and sink\. The stacked washer and dryer are also located in the bathroom for convenience\. The second bedroom comes with two twin beds\. This home also comes with a queen\-sized futon as well for another sleeping option\. There is a second sitting area with small table and couch just inside the door too\.

There are beach towels and chairs provided to use at the local beach which is just a short walk away\.

The property is conveniently located near dozens of restaurants and a historic shopping district\.
