Perfect for families or groups, this retreat offers a blend of comfort and luxury, providing an ideal setting for a memorable seaside escape\. \- The home will sleep up to 12, but we do not permit anymore then 10 adults\. \-Guests will have full access to the home \- 5 bed, 3 bath \-Keyless entry \-Gulf Front \-7 min drive to Roger’s Park which is a man made beach along the Weeki Wachee River \- 12 min drive Sun West park which has an inflatable obstacle course \- 12 min drive to Pine Island open beach, which is on the open Gulf of Mexico Bedrooms \-Master Bedroom: king, bathroom \-Second Bedroom: king \-Third Bedroom: king \-Fourth Bedroom: King \-Fifth Bedroom: bunk Bathrooms \-Master Bathroom: Shower \-Second Bathroom: combination tub shower \-Third Bathroom: shower Need to Know \-Property is monitored by a ring camera at the entrance at the front porch and another camera on the southwest corner looking to the backyard\. \-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID\. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS\. \-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per dog \-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total \(whatever is greater\-than\) Essentials: \-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use\. \-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay\. \-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware\. Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1\-April 1 \(if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off\. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day\. Pool pumps run 8\-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work\. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower\. Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60\-day window after your check\-in date and after your down payment has been made\.
