With 3 king bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two sets twin bunk beds, and three and a half bathrooms, this property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it perfect for family vacations or group stays\.

The spacious living area includes a TV and comfortable sofa sets, one of which conveniently converts into a queen\-sized bed for additional sleeping space\. A spacious deck overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, offering a stunning backdrop for relaxation or outdoor dining\. The dining area comfortably seats six, with an additional bistro set for two, and the eat\-in kitchen includes two chairs\. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with essentials, including a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, microwave, and blender, and a free standing ice maker, giving you everything you need to prepare meals with ease\. Step outside onto the deck, where you’ll find a picnic table ideal for al fresco dining, allowing you to enjoy meals in the open air while taking in the surrounding views\. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are included\.

The home boasts three king bedrooms and a bunk room, all sharing two well\-appointed bathrooms, making it easy to accommodate both adults and children\. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, ensuring restful nights during your stay\.
