Sandpiper is a low density three story complex\.  Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere\.  The tropical courtyard, seasonally\-heated swimming pool  \(The pool is generally heated from March 1 to November 30, weather permitting\) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own\.  It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests\.  Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often\. Sandpiper is conveniently located to area restaurants, shopping areas and entertainment\.
