## Description
Sandpiper 3B has been lovingly renovated and will very comfortably accommodate you and your family\! The master bathroom features a walk\-in shower with glass doors\. Each room boasts new furnishings, recessed LED lighting, and new wall\-mounted televisions in the Living Room and Guest Bedroom\. The kitchen includes a brand\-new refrigerator\.

Sandpiper is a low density three story complex\. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere\.  Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often\. The tropical courtyard, seasonally\-heated swimming pool\(The pool is generally heated from  March 1 through November 30, weather permitting\) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own\. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests\.
