## Description
Sandpiper is a low density three story complex\.  Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere\.  Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often\.  The tropical courtyard, seasonally\-heated swimming pool \(The pool is generally heated from March 1\- November 30, weather permitting\) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own\.  It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests\.  Your view is beach\-side and within a short walk you are able to enjoy the sand and the water\.
