The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a tv, the guest bedroom has two twin beds and the den has a sleeper sofa\. Ride the shuttle bus during season to our beach park with complimentary chairs, umbrellas, tables, grills and restrooms\. Tenant to pay the $150 application fee to the association, $40 per person for background check, copy of drivers license and two reference letters required\. $45 for international guests\. 30 Day minimum required at this condo\.
